Birthday Brews at Top Paddock, Richmond

Hey there, coffee enthusiasts! Time for another coffee tale from yours truly, and this one's from a special day at a really cozy spot – Top Paddock in Richmond.

It was Tomoyo's birthday, and we fancied a nice morning with a good brew. Top Paddock totally delivered. First off, the almond latte. Served at a mild temperature, it was really delicious. But it wasn't just about the taste - the latte art was seriously impressive! Hats off to the barista.

The vibe? Super cozy, exactly what you need on a chill birthday morning. And the food? Well, we treated ourselves to some croissants. The croissants was flaky and firm, warmed up just right. Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I really enjoyed it. There is a fully-fledged breakfast menu there that is great.

So, if you're up for a coffee experience that's a mix of great taste, impressive art, and a cozy atmosphere, Top Paddock is worth checking out. Whether it's your birthday or just any old Tuesday, this Richmond gem knows how to make your day special.

ダーリング・グループが引き継いだトップ・パドックカフェ。ダーリングカフェはメルボルンで有名な大人気のカフェ。メルボルンシティにある、ハイアーグランドは最も有名なカフェと言ってもいいかもしれない。

ここではブランチを楽しむのがおすすめ。特徴的なメニューが進化し続ける。

今回オーダーしたのは名物のブルーベリーとリコッタのホットケーキとアーモンドラテ。

3人前ぐらいあるのではないかと思うほどの大きなホットケーキにはメープルシロップにたっぷりと浸かり、リコッタチーズ、ベリーに食べれるお花のトッピングが施されている。

アーモンドラテは安定した美しいラテアートに安定した美味しさ。

外はカリッとしていて中はふわっとしていてパンケーキに求めているもの全てが詰まっている。

広々としていてスタイリッシュな店内の空間に席数が多く、テラスもあって充実している。
